When the prospective project site is identified, Colorado Professional Builders, Inc., has the capability to assist its clients in site investigations (i.e., soil borings, exploratory demolition, adjacent conditions) to uncover potentially adverse conditions. Prior to commencement of project designs Colorado Professional Builders, Inc., can also provide current market pricing and construction schedule information for the envisioned project to determine project feasibility.
• Preconstruction
  Colorado Professional Builders, Inc., provides clients with a wide variety of services from the earliest design stages, (working with architects and engineers), through completed project design and beyond. An up-to-date cost database allows our staff to develop an accurate project budget early in the design phase and maintain this budget through design completion. In addition, we also assign the Project Manager during the preconstruction phase to provide scheduling, site management planning, constructibility reviews and continuity with the construction phase. This allows the owner and the design team to make decisions before construction begins, with result that your construction costs are held down. Also by becoming involved early in the project, Colorado Professional Builders, Inc., will seek to completely understand our clients objectives for each project.
